With humble beginnings and a business experience of over 28 years in business, he has been instrumental in fostering sustainable growth and empowering stakeholders to thrive together. His exceptional leadership and expertise continue to drive multiple ventures like Shree MTK Textiles, Quantum Renewables, and more towards innovation and success.

Jignesh Ponkiya is a seasoned professional with nearly two decades of experience in the financial services sector. With a master's degree in commerce and a postgraduate degree in finance and marketing, Jignesh has held various leadership roles across project management, operations, customer service, and business strategy. Throughout his career, Jignesh has been instrumental in driving the growth and expansion of multiple organizations. As a founding member of Fincare Small Finance Bank Ltd, he played a pivotal role in its establishment and success. His expertise extends to ESG and sustainability initiatives, where he has led numerous projects aimed at promoting environmental and social responsibility. Jignesh is also a visionary in digital transformation, consistently seeking innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Mahender R. Chawla, our Chief Mentor and Consultant, is a seasoned banking professional with over 30 years of experience in financial services. A CMA, CS, and CAIIB by qualification, he specializes in ESG and sustainability consulting. As the former Chief Sustainability Officer at a Bank, he led impactful sustainability and quality initiatives. He also founded ESGains to help businesses assess and embrace ESG principles effectively.
